Breakfast is the toughest and you must eat breakfast if you want to lose your belly fat. Can you pick out the protein, carb, and hydrated fiber in the following meals? Eggs, toast and an apple or orange can be made in less than 3 minutes. Good cereal, with milk on it (and another glass of milk) with a handful of berries on it is fine. An omelet with veggies and some fried potatoes also covers the plan. Now for lunch, let's keep it simple: A sandwich with chicken, fish or meat and whole grain bread with lettuce, tomato and onion on it would work. Now, at supper, it is a no brainer: A steak, baked potato, and salad are perfect. Chicken, rice and broccoli is what bodybuilders love. And fish, some couscous or polenta and some cut green peppers or cucumber will do fine.
Are you getting it? Forget what you have learned. Calorie counting is completely unnecessary. Just eat small fist sized portions of protein, woody carbs and hydrated fiber at every meal and you'll not only lose all the weight but you'll be healthy as can be. Now, in my program, you also can eat 3 snacks per day. Mid morning, mid afternoon and evening you can have a snack with protein and or hydrated fiber. No woody, starchy carbs are ever to be eaten as a snack. I mean it. You will fail if you eat carbs for snacks. This is how everyone fails; they eat chips or cereal etc for snacks and then skip the carb at mealtime and go completely astray. Do it the way I am saying and win, once and for all. Stay with it. Use your intuition: What is a green bean? A hydrated fiber, of course. And what is a pork and bean or black bean or pinto bean, a woody carb. There is no water in them until we put it in them. Use your intuition and feeling. Make wide choices within my 3 categories. You will succeed. Even Oprah could easily succeed in my eating scheme.
Keep it simple. No desserts except for once a week. Cook in bulk. Pre plan. Stay with it. You will succeed. Every person on this plan has succeeded and they never counted a calorie.
The Best Diet is no Diet
I'm sure you've heard of or seen a boat load of diet ideas. How about the Atkins, Weight watchers, the grapefruit diet, the Deal a Meal, the shake of the day. Hey, you name it, they've tried it. But let's take a look at the inherent failing in all diets. Jumpin Jeff here again, answering your biggest requests and setting the record straight on how to get fit and healthy.
The secret is in the intent. When you go on a diet, you are pre-supposing that the diet will eventually be over and you can go back to...what? Your old eating plan?? But that's what failed you in the first place. All right; enough about the diets. They have never worked.
